Shipping Areas
We ship to all governorates across the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Shipping is carried out through approved courier companies to ensure service quality and product safety.

Delivery Time

  • Cairo and Giza: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Other governorates: 3 to 6 business days.

Delivery times may be longer during promotions or peak seasons.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the governorate and order value.

  • The shipping cost is clearly displayed before order confirmation.

  • Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page based on the selected governorate.

Order Confirmation

  • The customer will be contacted to confirm order details before shipping.

  • If the customer cannot be reached, the company reserves the right to delay or cancel the order.

Delivery

  • Customers are kindly requested to inspect the product upon delivery and ensure the packaging is intact before signing the receipt.

  • In case of any visible damage, it must be reported immediately to the shipping company and documented in the delivery report.

Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or failure to respond to the shipping company, the shipment may be returned to the warehouse.

  • The customer may be charged for reshipping.

Shipment Tracking

  • Customers can request a tracking number once the order has left the warehouse to follow up on the delivery status.
