All DSP products come with a one-year official warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the purchase date indicated on the invoice, covering faults resulting from a manufacturing defect only.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover breakage or damage resulting from misuse or violation of operating instructions.

Basic spare parts are available through the authorized service center, and the cost will be determined if they are out of warranty.

Some malfunctions can be handled remotely through technical guidance, and in cases that require inspection, the product is sent to the authorized service center.
